Level3 fibre cut around Chicago
Anyone else seeing results of this? One of our peering providers
was able to confirm the cut, and upon being asked why they haven't
routed around it, was told there was no way to do so.

has at least been circumvented. One of our peering providers
confirmed this, and latency is now much more normal (20ms).
