I had some of these messages on a ICX 6450

2015 Sep 30 16:59:39:I:System: Logical link on dynamic lag interface ethernet 1/2/1 is down.
2015 Sep 30 16:58:08:I:System: Logical link on dynamic lag interface ethernet 1/2/1 is up.
2015 Sep 30 16:58:04:I:System: Logical link on dynamic lag interface ethernet 1/2/1 is down.
Does this mean that the physical link went down or that the CPU was too busy to handle LACP so it just wigged out?
