Network Engineer for a small ISP here. Our customers seem to be having connectivity issues with Take-Two Software, specifically NBA 2k20. Traceroute makes it to Akamai Prolexic before being dropped. Does anyone have contact info for someone at Take-Two?

Your customers haven't been DDoS Attacked by any chance?

There is a TCP-AMP attack method, which will falsely flag any IP for abuse. And it seems like Prolexic, Akamai & other services are using some abuse blacklist system.
