Any specific Mythvideo settings for Fire Stick 4K
I followed the instructions on this wiki article:
https://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Android#Amazon_Fire_TV_Stick_4K

I noticed that applying the settings affected my LiveTV and Recordings
sections in a big, positive way, and I'm very happy with the Fire TV 4K
Stick and Mythfrontend Android app.

I was curious to know if these settings only affect MythTV. Is Mythvideo
making use of the hardware accelerated video? I notice stuttering for some
1080p mp4 videos. 720p works just fine.

If they only apply to MythTV, are there settings for MythVideo that I
should adjust for a better experience?

I played with the FireTV 4K settings for mythfrontend until my fingers bled
and I was never able to get acceptable playback. Particularly compared to
MythTV Leanfront for FIreTV. Leanfront is much improved with commercial
skip being one of the latest changes. It works great on my recorded TV and
videos on my backend.

The audio and video settings apply equally to both recordings and
videos. If you see a difference it must be a result of something in the
video files.
