Hi Jean-Yves,

Sorry for the delay. I meant to answer this earlier. Yes, I've seen
it with v31 (or maybe v30). What version are you using?

I checked today on master and it works -- sort of. It does arrange
for the recording to continue recording if the player exits and also
does some other book keeping. I'm not entirely happy with how it
interacts with the scheduler, however. It likely causes things to
behave strangely in some situations. I need to think some more on how
it should be done, or at least how it can be done better.
