Manage Recordings > Recording Rules > Default (Template)
> Schedule Options

will do this for newly created rules but IIRC it won't modify ones that
already exist...

I have Recordings > Recording Rules, but then I only see scheduled
recordings, but not Default (Template) > Schedule Options. Is there
something missing in my frontend ?

After "m", I can change options for the selected recording, that's all.

I created a default recording profile, but I made a mistake and I want
to change it.

For me I find it by Main page mythfrontend -> Manage Recordings ->
Recording Rules. Then look in the "D"s for Default (Template)

And in any list in MythTV, you can use Ctrl-S to bring up a search
box. I find that is easier than scrolling through hundreds of
recording rules.

I see 'Default(Templates)' at the top of the screen. I don't know if
that's because I'm on master or because I have very few persistent
recording rules. Anyway, I'm glad you got it to work!
