I just created a new team on launchpad called "HauppaugeUSB" which now also
contains a new "HauppaugeUSB" ppa. The ppa is located here:
https://launchpad.net/~hauppaugeusb/+archive/ubuntu/hauppaugeusb
...and can be added to your respective Ubuntu system with these commands:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hauppaugeusb/hauppaugeusb
sudo apt-get update
I will be discontinuing (and possibly deleting) the versions posted on my
personal ppa - so if you are using it, please update to the new ppa.
