sourceforge page with a driver but I don't recall exactly.

Hi Ben,

I've got a G200 with Mandrake 9 also. After many trials and tribulations, I
got mine working great with MythTV, but it has never shown up in the
Mandrake control center under TV Cards. So, you don't need to have that
show up to succeed. Look in the forum archives for threads with the title
G200 in them and you'll find a HOWTO and other useful instructions.

If anyone did get the G200 to show up under the TV cards section, I'd be
interested in knowing how, and what if any advantages that brought?

has vertical lines along the right side. I haven't gotten to installing
and running myth yet, I'm just trying to prep the system.

Yes it does,

I had to start it like this:

xawtv -xvport 68

for it to work. Then, things were fine.

I learned a tip recently to try:

xawtv -hwscan

It provides a list of scanned devices and port numbers available.

I didn't have to specify the port with Myth, only with xawtv.

Ok, with xawtv I have to specify the port, with mythtv it looks just like
xawtv did when I didn't specify the port. I should mention that I have a
different card but it looked like the same problem.
