It still has the channel id section at the start of the file, but
there is no data to go with it:

<channel id="tv3-plus1.freeviewnz.tv">
<display-name>TV3 PLUS1</display-name>
</channel>

I had not noticed because my EPG script uses tv_split to split the
downloaded EPG into channels, and then uses MHEG5 data for any
channels in the MHEG5 data that did not get a split file created. It
seems that tv_split does not create a channel file when there is just
a channel id but no data. So I still have TV3 PLUS1 data.
