I had to look up what HGTV was. Having found that ifo, I think I am
forced to give re-tuning for it a bit of a miss / wide bearth.

Same thoughts ,also, for the new Bravo channel starting o Sunday.In a way
it is good that all the dross seems to be consolidating onto specific
channels that can be easily ignored.
