I was having a discussion in the freevo mailing list....and let them know about Isaac's project and his fine work with tweaking the nuppelvideo lib and such....this dood in the freevo mailing list wrote this:
"A couple of weeks ago, I read a post on gatos-devel where this guy
had full-frame full-fps lossless video compression working. He
wrote his one algorithm doing a diff combined with a huffman compression.
He had some problems synching audio/video, but he was working with
a low-end system (600Mhz?). He managed to reduce the bitstream
to about 8MB/sec for NTSC.
He was willing to release the codec to anyone interested.
