Hi

Ive just pushed a fix for the android subtitle rendering issue. It now
renders arial as is should

* conf.d for fontconfig was not present and needed a fonts.conf fix too.
* Extra debug added to fontconfig library when things go wrong.
* Android native fonts are used in preference now too with the
supplied ones as backup.

Note that qt fonts dont seen to use fontconfig so it makes different choices
