I should have said if you want to enable this support and you are
compiling from source you need to install both the libgnutls library and
development files if they are packaged separately. In Ubuntu they are
libgnutls30 and libgnutls28-dev. If you are using the PPA's for 32 or
fixes/31 the appropriate packages will be installed automatically.
