render2019: No render support on vdpau

Hi Mark,

I upgraded my two frontends to the 2019-render branch yesterday. The
one with the intel video chip is working fine; the one with the nvidia
video chip is unhappy. When I try and play video, I get one of

OpenGLInterop: No render support for codec 'H.264 VDPAU'
OpenGLInterop: No render support for codec 'MPEG2 VDPAU'

depending on what type of video I am playing. This is on a Fedora 30
system using a GeForce GT 640 and the Nvidia 430.40 driver. Its
entirely possible I've messed up the configuration, but the log output
looks to me like its trying to do the right thing. The playback
decoder is "NVIDIA VDPAU acceleration", the renderer is "opengl-hw",
and the deinterlacer is None.. Is there something else in the
configuration that I need to change/set?

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help test. Is there
another debug level that would help?

Odd:)

Can you send the full log output using '-v playback' logging and the
output of 'glxinfo'.

Any reason you are using the Qt painter?

This is the problem:

No, and I'm not even sure how it got set that way. I must have been
testing something, sometime in the last five years and didn't get it
reset back to 'auto'.

I set the painter to 'Auto' and it works now.
