TV Card Recommendation
Sorry for such a newbie question to the developer list...

I am interested in trying out MythTV, but don't currently have a capture card. I am looking for the best quality at a reasonable price. When I say reasonable... I don't want to skimp on features but I don't want to spend $1000 either. What card does anyone recommend? Obviously Linux support is required, and my major reason for playing with MythTV is as a PVR / Tivo replacement.

Thanks in advance,
ams@base64.net

check this site out, it has some info about tv-out chipsets that may sway your decision...the site is particular to the "tvtool" app, but this will give you idea how it might perform under a Linux driver as well
