libmythbase/mythversion.h: bump MYTH_BINARY_VERSION

New function: MythDB::GetDatabaseName()
Removed functions: Myth(Core|)Context::GetDatabaseParams()
Use GetMythDB()->GetDatabaseParams() instead.
