Channel group channel selection from automatic channel groups
Selection of channels for channel group Favorites or for user-defined
channel groups can now be done from a selected automatic channel group.
The automatic channel groups consists of channel group Priority plus the
channel groups that are created for each video source.
Previously this selection could only be done from channel group All Channels.
