[ANNOUNCE] Apache Lucene 6.6.0 released

The Lucene PMC is pleased to announce the release of Apache Lucene 6.6.0.

Apache Lucene is a high-performance, full-featured text search engine
library written entirely in Java. It is a technology suitable for nearly
any application that requires full-text search, especially cross-platform.

This release contains numerous bug fixes, optimizations, and
improvements, some of which are highlighted below. The release
is available for immediate download at:

Lucene 6.6.0 Release Highlights:

New features:
* A concurrent SortedSet facets implementation

Optimizations:
* spatial-extras HeatmapFacetCounter will now short-circuit it's work when
Bits.MatchNoBits is passed

Improvements:
* OfflineSorter now passes the total number of items it will write to
getWriter()
* Move dictionary for Ukrainian analyzer to external dependency
* SortedSetDocValuesReaderState now implements Accountable so one can see
how much RAM it is using
* OfflineSorter can now run concurrently if you pass it an optional
ExecutorService
* Sorted set facets now use sparse storage when collecting hits, when
appropriate

Other:
* PostingsHighlighter has been deprecated in favour of the
UnifiedHighlighter
