[PATCH] 2.3.16 CONFIG_STALLION / CONFIG_ISTALLION compilation fixes

The {I,}Stallion drivers don't compile in 2.3.1x because no one updated
the base_address stuff.
Here's a fix. Compilation is known to work; can't verify the actual driver
works because I don't have the hardware, but I guess the patch is
obvious.

changes and submitted them to Linus for inclusion in the next update.
