loopback interface ?
I noted the following behavior on the loopback interface on my
system (rh 5.x + 2.2.13 kernel)
why does the loopback answer to other IPs other than 127.0.0.1 ?
( it all started because i noted the following entry in the
"last" output)
# last | grep 127
ftp ftp 127.0.0.2 Wed Oct 27 19:16 - 19:16 (00:00)
What could be the cause ?
