I've a new ubuntu server install (12.10) which won't boot with a WinTV
PVR-150 low profile card. About 15 seconds after power on the system
hangs with messages about ivtv0 unknown card and defaulting to WinTV
PVR-150. At this point the system hangs. I'm guessing I need to set a
pci irq or add a driver to the kernel but what I've read indicates this
card is supported. Hoping someone here can provide guidance on a
workaround. Thanks in advance.
