PVR-500 Problems

I've got a PVR-250 and a PVR-500 in one machine for use with MythTV.
Lately I'm having problems with the 500. It quits working and the only
fix is a reboot. When Myth starts complaining, I find the following in
syslog:

The problem seems to be with the second tuner of the 500 only. The
machine is CentOS 6.2 x86_64. Here's the ivtv initialization information:

I'm suspecting that the hardware has reached the end of it's life. Any

It sounds like EOL. You can try to fix things by:

1. Remove *all* PCI cards from the machine, blow the dust out of *all* the slots, and reinstall the cards.

2. Replace the PC power supply with a newer, higher output wattage power supply. Probably won't help though.

3. Better case cooling fans. Probably won't help though.
