I'm getting complaints from customers that they are not receiving emails going out of Interchange (receipts, reminders, etc.), because they are instead ending up in their spam folder. Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Is it the contents of the emails I am sending or something to do with the email server?
I am not too familiar with how Interchange serves emails, so being pointed in any direction would be very helpful. Thank you in advance!
