Hello,

I have to write in because it happens too often that we get bug reports
or feature request without some importan information.

Please, if you report a bug or just ask a question about a feature,
tell us the *version number* of GnuPG and the OS (if it is not
GNU/Linux). If you are using a CVS version let us know the date
you did the checkout/update.
