I have just released the GPGME 0.2.3 library. Grab it from

ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/alpha/gpgme/gpgme-0.2.3.tar.gz.sig
ftp://ftp.gnupg.org/gcrypt/alpha/gpgme/gpgme-0.2.2-0.2.3.diff.gz (193k)
or wait a day or so and get it from one of the mirrors as listed at
http://www.gnupg.org/mirrors.html.
Noteworthy changes in version 0.2.3 (2001-09-17)

* New function gpgme_get_op_info which can be used to get the micalg
parameter needed for MOSS.
* New functions gpgme_get_armor and gpgme_get_textmode.
* The usual bug fixes and some minor functionality improvements.
* Added a simple encryption component for MS-Windows; however the
build procedure might have some problems.
