what do people use to create piechart?
I need several pie charts in my newest publications. This is non-tech
publication, the pie charts needs to bee looking good not to be looking
precise, and it's better if the pie chart is in svg format or at least
eps thanks to that these are my publication tool scribus's preferred
scalable format.

The data used to create the pie chart is sorted out by an awk script, so
it's very flexible, I can create any format the pie chart drawer likes.
It would be best of I can create 3-D pie chart or with transparency.

I heard of kmplot, gnuplot and scilab. Seems all of them are preferred
to create engineer's pictures but not businessman's pictures?

And I would like further use this tool draw other common images which
could be used in business publications, like bar charts and so. What
tool would you suggest me to use? Thank you.
