Hi,

Due to dolsen's prolonged absence, a few projects may be in dire need
of help. Notably:

- Keys project is left without a lead, and I think it's effectively
dead,

- Layman project is left with no developers.

Other teams (Catalyst, Portage Tools) may also need some help.
