How to reproduce?
- Send normal email.
- First - random attempt will reject
- Second attempt will accept


Note:
Before new version it works without problems for years.
This error first time appear in last 1-2 years.
It is very random.


Additional information:
We are using latest version of WHM/cPanel.

If we replay on one exact mail message it will ALWAYS reject. Is there
additional problem with length or message, body, content, DKIM or something
like that? This issue is related or different bug.

Is there any option to skip lookup for SMTP server on local host if we will use
only EXTERNAL SMTP server for final delivery? We can use IP address of SMTP
server instead of hostname?

External SMTP server using older version of EXIM and they don't have any kind
of problem to delivery email to end user.

Thanks to your obfuscation the log lines you show are hard to interpret.

Since it is repeatable with a given message, try it with Exim running with
debug; this may give you more clues as to the nature of the problem.
