We are using ClamAV to scan incoming messages.
After installing 4.95 we noticed that directories inside SPOOL_DIRECTORY/scan,
where temporary messages are being stored, are not removed. The spool directory
is stored on an nfs4 filesystem shared along two exim nodes. With the amount of
mail we are processing, this causes rapid inodes exhaustion. Configuration did
not change between 4.94.2 and 4.95.
