I've currently got a few undeliverable bounces stemming from this.
A UK parcel delivery company sends out delivery notification emails with a
number of tracking fields stuffed into a header line, which can often exceed
998 characters.
The mails are being rejected by the Debian ACL and the bounces aren't being
sent because the bounce body contains the line exceeding 998 characters.
