No, the string "partial" is permitted.

Partial matching is requested by adding the string “partial-”

Not just partial, but partial-. With a hyphen. There could also be a number
right after partial, such as partial3. The way I understand the documentation,
just partial is not allowed. Can it be undocumented, or documented else where?
