RFC 6531 clearly says WITH UTF8SMTP, UTF8SMTPA, etc. They deliberately left
the E out since ESMTP is a prerequisite for SMTPUTF8.
FWIW, Postfix and Gmail get this correct, Microsoft gets it wildly wrong and
puts in random words after WITH, EAI or not. Courier has the same bug you do
but he knows it's a bug and I've sent him the patch. Your call.
