[Bug 2637] exim_dumpdb documentation missing/bad for R: records
https://bugs.exim.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2637

--- Comment #1 from Peter Gervai <grin@grin.hu> ---
Actually, 54.11 (Hints database maintenance) is missing from the TOC altogether
and 12-14 is misnamed and don't linked to.

--- Comment #2 from Phil Pennock <pdp@exim.org> ---
Fixed in git, thanks. The website is a snapshot of the docs from the latest
full release, so won't be updated until the next release.

It's not actually a TOC at the start of the chapter, it's a list of the
utilities, so the current 54.11 should not have been listed at all.

I strongly suspect that there used to be another level of hierarchy here and
all three of the hints database utilities were in one section of the chapter,
so linking to that section made sense for all three. But at some point they
became distinct sections and this manual utility index was not updated.

Fixed with commit d79247e63

Fix utilities indexing

It looks like there used to be another level of hierarchy here, with all
three
of the hints database commands described in one section. They're now
distinct
sections in their own right, so fix how they're linked to.

No, I reopened it, but then the system which processes commits and sends out
emails caught up, saw the `fixes` claim in the commit-message, and re-closed
this issue. So now I'm reopening it again.
