Hi,

after a build from today's git HEAD, upgrading the database schema from
1.2.11 to 1.2.12 gives me

which is not much more conclusive. The administration.yml is unchanged
and differs from the sample file only in setting the
admin_db_{pass,host} keys.

What am I missing?
