No, he didn't unsubscribe you - only you can do that (or someone forging your email address in the sender field)

I assume he wanted to unsubscribe from the list, but ignored the email he would have had when first signing up (which contained information) and made no effort to find out how to do it properly.
If he'd made any effort at all, he'd have found these helpful headers in any list email :
> List-Id: ClamAV users ML <clamav-users.lists.clamav.net>
> List-Unsubscribe: <http://lists.clamav.net/cgi-bin/mailman/options/clamav-users>, <mailto:clamav-users-request@lists.clamav.net?subject=unsubscribe>

> List-Subscribe: <http://lists.clamav.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/clamav-users>, <mailto:clamav-users-request@lists.clamav.net?subject=subscribe>

Like most mailing lists, all he had to do was to send a blank message to <whatever the list is>-request with unsubscribe in the subject - or click on the link and go to the mail manager website and do it. I see this periodically on every mailing list I'm on - even the ones where there is a help message clearly visible in the footer of every list message :-/

Good evening,

Excuse me to come to you through this mail but the question that I asked
her begone find answers regarding freshclam.conf configuration and more
because I do not have access to the manual on Github so I really
annoying because I would not ask the staff if I had had the elements I
need to configure your software.

Hello,

I downloaded the documentation on your site but concerns linux
and I have a ubuntu installed with Clamav and I found on the net
sigui_manual but paths and tool (sigtool.exe / sigUI.exe) do not match and
I encounter several problems concerning the configuration freshclam.conf and
creating the database file.

Here is the configuration of my freshclam.conf file:
DNSDatabaseInfo current.cvd.clamav.net
DatabaseMirror db.fr.clamav.net
DatabaseMirror database.clamav.net
DatabaseDirectory C:\Windows\Program Files\Sourcefire Inc\ClamAV\database[/
code]

and I created a file named database but the software said:
C: \ Program Files \ Sourcefire Inc \ ClamAV> freshclam.exe
ERROR: Can not change dir to C:\Program Files\Sourcefire
Inc\ClamAV\database[/ code]

no need to visit any webpage, just send the unsubscribe mail to the
correct address and for *no single list on this planet* it's the
list-address itself and especially don't do it by hijhacking a thread
and just change the subject
