We have been running 14.x since January. Have not run across this one way audio bug yet (thank goodness).
However, this bug that was fixed in 14.1 was a big one for us since we are a VDI shop.

We have tried every work around and made sure trusted CA’s were in the windows certificate store. However, it still seems to prompt users intermittently.

There's a big one-way audio bug for Jabber for Windows 14.0.3 and above. Working with a customer to downgrade everything to 14.0.2.
