CUM 11.5 report question
Good evening all,

Does anyone know if there is a way to run a report, on the active load ID of a TCT, CSF or BOT profile on cucm.

I need to carry out an audit, to see if any staff members are still using Cisco Jabber.

Many thanks

James

Re: CUM 11.5 report question [ In reply to ]
Thanks Matthew I should have provided a little more background,

We are currenrlty migrating from Jabber to Webex (UC), and I would like is possible to see who is still using the Jabber application.

I just wondered if there is a report I can run, which detaiils the active load id on the profile itself.

Many thanks

James

Hi James,

If you're looking for Jabber voice/call usage, you can also capture this
from CUCM CDR. It's easier with a solution like ours, but technically
still doable via raw CDR.

Here is a quick video of how it can be accomplished in Variphy:

Re: CUM 11.5 report question [ In reply to ]
Hey James,

I do this a couple of ways. First, I use Jabber analytics on Control Hub. This gives a good view. But, I think the metrics might be skewed.

The other way is through RTMT. You can search for Jabber devices, i.e. CSF, TCT, etc and choose registered or not registered, then, sort by version.

Unfortunately there is no export from the RTMT tool, but, it should give you what you need.

If you haven't setup Jabber analytics on control hub, it takes a jabber-config.xml change (and reload) and then waiting two days.

Re: CUM 11.5 report question [ In reply to ]
James, I'm not sure if this helps, but this gentleman has steps on getting
the active load ID for all devices on your system. I think what you are
wanting starts at step 7 and will require you to run it on each CCM node.
Then sort the spreadsheet by device names TCT, CSF, and BOT.
