Fax line issue
Morning all,

I have a strange issue with a fax number my organisation is trying to send to. When dialled the call initially connects at the far end, and I hear fax tone, then it just goes silent.

The SIP cube sends the call, but I can then see what I think is a disconnect.

What debug command would be best to use to confirm this please?

I can call the number from a mobile phone with no issue, and it does not disconnect.

Thanks

James

Re: Fax line issue [ In reply to ]
if your CUBE is SIP on both sides, then "debug ccsip message" and "debug
ccsip error" are the two I would start with. Feel free to post the output
here for us to review.

Also, is your FoIP designed for fax relay and if so, is it T.38 end to end?
