dear matthew,

thank's for your answer and for your help.
now i can find max call duration, but it is for all call, what if i just want to set max call duration just for outgoing calls to PSTN only? and setting only special user like director doesn't have maximum call duration?

Arnold -

The following link should assist you in how to change service parameters:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/7_0_1/ccmcfg/b02svprm.html#wpxref88354

The service parameter you want, as I recall, is labeled "Maximum Call Timer" and is a parameter of the "CallManager" service.

Re: maximum call duration just for PSTN [ In reply to ]
Technically this could be a CTI application that uses (J)TAPI and
watches those IP phones and directions that you want to control. After
some time it could force to drop a call.
The question is still there of writing or finding such application.

For that level of control and granularity, you are probably looking at the 3 party call accounting software .

Your only option is a service parameter for the maximum call length, which will disconnect calls after a certain period of time. It's not granular, so it's an all or nothing setting. I believe the default is either 8 or 12 hours, but is configurable in number of minutes.
