[nsp] V.92 on AS53xx
Do I have the right debugs on to debug the Modem on Hold feature? I've
confirmed that V.92 Quick Connect and V.44 are working, but can't seem to
get Modem On Hold to work with a Zoom modem.

Of course, Zoom blames Cisco :)

#show debug
General OS:
Modem control/process activation debugging is on
MLPVT group:

ISDN:
ISDN Q931 packets debugging is on
ISDN Q931 packets debug DSLs. (On/Off/No DSL:1/0/-)

Modem Management Out Of Band Port debugging is on

Thanks,
Chris

Did you find/install the driver update from Zoom's website that corrects
the MOH?

The URL for the USB modems is here:

Yes I did get this. It doesn't seem to help anything. It does install the
Modem on Hold application (Net Waiting they call it). But the app doesn't
intercept calls that come in while the modem session is nailed up. The
phone just rings and rings. It seems to me this is maybe some kind of
"flavor" problem with Call Waiting. The telco has no clue when I ask them
about the "type" of Call Waiting on the line. They just tell me it's "basic."

Call waiting is supposed to be sufficient but we have found that MOH only
works with 3-way calling in some telco areas.
