All mailman hosted mailing lists supports the following convention for
unsubscribing;

1) send E-mail to <listname>-unsubscribe@<listdomain>

or

2) send E-mail to <listname>-request@<listdomain> with E-mail subject
and/or body containing “unsubscribe” as the first word
