You can configure the E1 Controller to use Non-Compelled, it will save a lot
of time.

Hi all,
I configured the E1 R2 on AS5350 but when I made call to the Switch via the
E1, it got more than 10 seconds silence before the ring back tone came. I
enabled signal-end-to-end but it didn't help. Could any one tell me how to
reduce the delay? Any advice will be appreciated.

But the provider can only provide Compelled signaling.
It looks like the far end Switch waits for a timer.
Is there any way can save the delay?
