ISDN PRI back-to-back - again
Hello,

I want to test some dialer watch scenario, but I don't have ISDN switch.
So I used back-to-back PRI connection between two routers.

On dialing router I received:

*Mar 2 13:55:37.372: ISDN Se1/0:15 Q931: TX -> SETUP pd = 8 callref =

*Mar 2 13:55:37.404: ISDN Se1/0:15 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8
callref = 0x3DC8

*Mar 2 13:55:37.424: ISDN Se1/0:15 Q931: Applying typeplan for sw-type
0x12 is 0x0 0x1, Called num 320

I don't know, why dialing router is still disconnecting call, if
opposite router accept call. Cause is "No circuit/channel available",
but there is no more calls.

Which platform do you use here? Can you pls verify if your network
module/VWIC in use supports ISDN data calls (not all do, for example the
VWIC-2MFT doesn't), the "no hdlc available" points in this direction..

It seems, that my probplem points to HW capability.

I'm using VWIC-2MFT-E1, and this module doesn't support data calls.

I have to use probably folowing feature:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios124/124newft
/124limit/124x/124xc4/intserv.htm

Am I right?

What is your configuration of both sides of the ISDN?

You need to place one side in Network Side.

Yes, you're right.. you need this feature and the required hardware.. or
use a different module which supports data calls.
